All tailor-made experiences:

  • A booking & payment is considered to establish the legal contract between guests and the host. 
  • Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under 18 years of age.
  • We value diversity and equality and ask all our guests to do the same.

Shared experiences:

  • We’ll initially ask for a 10% deposit.
  • We will send you an invoice for the remaining payment as soon as we have the required numbers to go-ahead. This must be paid within 2 weeks to secure your place.
  • If we don’t gain the numbers to go-ahead, we will give you a full refund for the 10%.

Cancellation

We strongly advise guests to obtain holiday cancellation insurance.

Bookings are non-refundable.

In the unlikely and unfortunate event that we need to cancel a booking, you will be provided with a full refund.

Care of our properties

Guests agree to respect the surroundings and not to disturb or otherwise annoy the occupants of neighbouring properties.

The owners reserve the right to enter the property to investigate concerns relating to the care of the property or disturbances. They are within their rights to request that Guests vacate the property with immediate effect if it is found to be in a neglected or damaged condition.

Much love, time and expense have been lavished on these wonderful properties, and as such while it is sincerely hoped that the respectful enjoyment of these will only serve to enhance the Guest experience, it is understood that a degree of normal wear and tear is to be expected. Should any significant damage or breakage occur, however (above £25 total to rectify), then Guests will be held responsible and liable to a charge equal to the lowest current market value. Sun cream, fake tan, waterproof makeup and hair dye can all cause permanent damage to bedding, linen and towels. If damage/staining does occur and the items cannot be cleaned we reserve the right to charge to replace these items.

We reserve the right to charge for excessive cleaning if the rooms are left in an unacceptable condition, including but not limited to, waste, litter, damage to the structure, movement of furniture and contents etc.

Guests will be held responsible for any fire, damage or alterations to the properties or other parts of the site caused by negligence.

Pets

Pets are unfortunately not permitted at our properties.

Liability

CoolMeets accepts no responsibility for injury incurred anywhere on the site or in the properties. Guests are responsible for their own property including their vehicle for the duration of their stay, and we do not accept any responsibility for personal effects.

Smoking policy

Guests are advised to follow the properties smoking policy and only smoke in designated areas. Pollution or damage from smoking will result in a charge to ensure the properties and site are returned to a satisfactory standard.

Fire policy

Guests agree that no fires shall be lit other than in the woodburning stove. The woodburning stove will be used with the door securely closed and will only be used with the spark guard provided. Only logs provided by the properties shall we used as fuel. Guests are strictly prohibited from gathering wood from the site or local area.
